Full-time
Must work during US Central Time business hours (Texas time)
Night shift (Philippine time)
Stable high-speed internet required

Position Overview
This is not a basic receptionist role.
You will serve as our Client Experience Coordinator, handling new leads, supporting operations, assisting with estimating preparation, and helping manage marketing and administrative systems.
You must be confident communicating with American homeowners and able to represent our company professionally at all times.
Core Responsibilities
???? Client Communication
Answer inbound calls from US homeowners
Schedule estimates and service appointments
Follow up with new leads
Handle client questions regarding services and billing
Maintain professional and confident phone presence
???? Estimating & Property Support
Use Google Maps to outline and measure properties
Prepare property data for estimating team
Enter accurate customer information into CRM
???? Systems & Software
Service Autopilot (HUGE plus)
CRM and scheduling platforms
Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Maintain organized digital records
???? Marketing & AI Support
Assist with social media posting
Draft client
Use ChatGPT and AI tools to assist with content
Help manage online reviews and reputation
???? Administrative Support
Assist with invoicing
Track payments
Maintain organized client records
Monitor and track leads and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
? Excellent spoken and written English
? Professional, confident phone communication skills
? Strong organizational skills
? Detail-oriented and proactive
? Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
? Stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
? Quiet and professional home workspace
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)
? Minimum 2 years of US-based client service experience
? Experience working night shift
? Experience in the home service industry (landscaping, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
? Service Autopilot experience
? CRM or scheduling software experience
? Social media marketing experience
? QuickBooks familiarity
