Our client, a growing food company, is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Office Administrator / Virtual Assistant to support their team. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a virtual work environment and have experience managing administrative operations for a busy office.
Responsibilities:
*Manage daily administrative tasks including
*Organize and maintain electronic documents, files, and records.
*Coordinate virtual meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
*Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed.
*Assist with project management, task tracking, and reporting.
*Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
*Scheduling interviews and client meetings
*Reports directly to the owner and director of the company
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
*Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, etc.).
*Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems.
