JOB OVERVIEW

Semargi is hiring a remote Menswear Sales Advisor / Appointment Setter. This is a sales role for someone with strong English, good customer-service instincts, and an interest in men’s style. You will speak with men who want to dress better, diagnose their wardrobe problem, and guide them into a paid styling package.

This is not a fashion designer role. It is mainly consultative sales, with a styling eye.

Semargi is looking for a remote Style Diagnosis Closer: someone who can speak with men, understand their wardrobe problems, and confidently guide them into the right paid styling package.

This is not a pure fashion role. It is a sales role with a styling eye.

You will speak with men who want to look better, more professional, more attractive, or more successful, but do not know what is wrong with their current wardrobe. Your job is to make them feel understood, diagnose the issue, and sell the next step.

Best fit for someone with experience in:

Menswear retail
Fashion/luxury sales
Customer service with sales targets
Personal shopping or styling
Beauty, aesthetics, fitness, or image-related sales
Remote appointment-setting or consultative sales
What You’ll Do

Take short wardrobe diagnosis calls with potential clients
Review client photos and identify style problems
Explain whether their issue is fit, outdated clothes, random buying, or image mismatch
Sell paid packages starting at $99-$149+
Follow up with leads by chat/email
Track calls, sales, and client notes
Help us improve scripts, offers, and the sales process

Who We Want

Fashion, menswear, retail, luxury, beauty, or image-consulting experience is a plus, but the most important requirement is that you can confidently speak to clients and close paid sales.

Strong spoken English
Calm, mature, professional communication style
Good taste and interest in men’s fashion/style
Comfortable selling and asking for the sale
Warm, confident, and not pushy
Able to make men feel respected, not judged
Reliable with remote work and follow-up
This role is especially good for someone who has sold to professional men or understands how men ages 35-55 think about clothes, status, confidence, dating, work, and lifestyle.

Compensation

Part-time remote role to start
Base pay: $6-$10/hour depending on experience
Commission on every paid package sold
Example commission: $10-$25 per sale, depending on package size
Bonuses for strong close rates
Long-term growth available
We are building the full sales and styling department for Bobbinet. The right person can grow into a senior closer, team lead, sales manager, or head of style advisors as the company grows.
