JOB OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: Medical Front Desk / Scheduling VA (U.S. Healthcare) – eClinicalWorks (eCW) Preferred

We’re a U.S. medical clinic hiring a long-term remote VA for front desk + scheduling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer/return patient calls, schedule/reschedule, confirm appointments
- Insurance verification, basic benefits questions, collect required info
- Track prior auth/referral status + follow up as needed
- Document clearly inside the EHR and keep tasks organized

REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THESE)
- 1+ year U.S. healthcare front desk / scheduling / patient access experience (remote or in-clinic)
- Strong spoken + written English (natural, easy for U.S. patients to understand)
- Comfortable with: insurance verification, prior auth workflow, referrals, copays/deductibles
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset; HIPAA-minded work habits
- NO agencies/teams. You must be the person doing the work (no outsourcing).

STRONG PREFERENCE (YOU WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience (appointments, chart navigation, messages/tasks, documentation)
- Allied health background (PH RN/BSN, Pharmacy, PT, RadTech, etc.) is a plus
