ABOUT US
Andrews Media is a family-run real estate media company based in North Alabama. We create high-quality photography, video, drone, floor plans, Zillow 3D Tours, Zillow Showcase, and other marketing content for real estate professionals.
We are known for our fast turnaround, high-quality work, and strong focus on relationships with our clients.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term member of our team.
We care about doing great work, treating people well, communicating clearly, and supporting the people we work with.
If you are a positive, detail-oriented person who loves to learn, takes feedback well, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a close-knit and supportive team, we would love to meet you!
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Remote Media QC & Delivery Coordinator to manage our daily media quality control and delivery process.
This is an important role within our company. You will be responsible for making sure that the media our clients receive is complete, accurate, high-quality, and delivered correctly and on time.
You will manage projects as they move through our editing process, communicate with our editors and administrative team, review completed work, make basic corrections when needed, and ensure that every item included on a client's order has been completed and delivered.
Our goal is to have the majority of our daily orders fully reviewed and delivered by 11:00 AM, or noon at the latest. Some days will have a larger volume of media and may require additional time. The 2:30 PM end of the workday provides time to complete heavier delivery days, handle revisions, resolve issues, and make sure nothing is left unfinished.
You will begin working at 6:30 AM, preparing files, checking project status, reviewing completed media, communicating with editors, making corrections, and preparing orders for delivery throughout the morning.
This is not a position where you wait until 11:00 AM to begin delivering projects. We need someone actively managing the workflow from the time they start until the day's work is complete.
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, comfortable working with photo and video, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time without becoming overwhelmed.
You should also be comfortable taking ownership of a project from beginning to end and speaking up when something doesn't look right.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
-Manage and keep track of daily orders and deliveries.
-Begin preparing and processing deliveries when your shift starts at 6:30 AM.
-Submit projects to the appropriate editors according to our workflow and deadlines.
-Monitor projects throughout the editing process.
-Follow up with editors regarding project status and outstanding work.
-Monitor completed projects and make sure they are ready for delivery.
-Identify missing or incomplete items and make sure they are corrected.
-Communicate with our administrative team regarding project status and delivery issues.
-Flag urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team member and ensure timely follow-up.
-Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
-Work toward having the majority of daily orders fully QC'd and delivered by 11:00 AM, or noon at the latest.
-Continue working through the remainder of the day to complete heavier-volume orders, revisions, corrections, and any outstanding issues.
-Help ensure that all daily deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

-HDR/blending issues
-Editing mistakes or artifacts
-Poor masking
-Objects that should have been removed
-Inconsistent editing throughout a property
-Other issues that do not meet Andrews Media's quality standards
When appropriate, you will make basic corrections yourself using Photoshop or Lightroom.
If an issue requires the editor's attention, you will communicate the issue clearly and send it back to the appropriate editor for correction.

-You should also be able to recognize when something is beyond a simple correction and needs to be returned to the editor.

You will check videos for:
-Missing footage
-Missing or incorrect clips
-Obvious editing mistakes
-Incorrect property information
-Audio issues
-Visual errors
-Timing or transition problems
-Formatting or export issues
-Other errors that would prevent the video from being client-ready
-If a video needs changes, you will communicate the necessary corrections to the video editor and make sure the changes are completed.
-After changes are made, you will review the video again before it is delivered.
You do not need to be an advanced video editor, but you must have enough knowledge of video editing to recognize common issues and communicate clearly with our video editors.
OTHER MEDIA QUALITY CONTROL & DELIVERY
You will also be responsible for reviewing and delivering other products included in our clients' orders, including:
-Floor plans
-Zillow 3D Tours

You will communicate regularly with:
-Company leadership
-Administrative team
-Photo editors
-Video editors
-Other production team members
Good communication is extremely important in this position.
If you see a problem, we want you to speak up.
If something is missing, incorrect, late, or doesn't look right, you should communicate the issue rather than allowing it to reach the client.
