ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing US-based mortgage and financial services company seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote marketing team.

This role focuses on email campaign management, email marketing automation, CRM database management, contact list segmentation, and email campaign performance optimization, with additional light social media marketing support.

We are looking for someone who can help improve email engagement, maintain accurate marketing databases, and support consistent digital marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Create, schedule, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging email subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Set up and maintain email marketing automation and scheduled campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across email marketing communications.


Email List Management & CRM
- Organize, clean, segment, and maintain email contact lists and marketing databases.
- Identify inactive, unengaged, invalid, and unsubscribed contacts.
- Maintain accurate audience targeting and contact segmentation.
- Assist with CRM database updates and contact management.
- Follow email marketing best practices to support database quality and email deliverability.


Email Marketing Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Prepare regular email marketing performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign engagement, deliverability, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with the team regarding marketing promotions, messaging, and campaign strategies.

Social Media Marketing Support
- Repurpose email marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with basic social media content scheduling and publishing.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across email and social media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or college graduate.
- Experience or practical knowledge in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Robly, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, marketing databases, and performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content scheduling.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
- Willing and able to work the required Philippine night-shift schedule.

Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but NOT required.

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)

- Email marketing automation and workflow setup.
- CRM software and contact database management.
- Email list segmentation and database cleaning.
- A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Email deliverability and engagement optimization.
- Basic HTML email editing or email template design.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday

12:30 AM – 9:30 AM Philippine Time
