Job Title: Remote Locksmith Dispatcher (Philippines) – US Hours (Georgia, USA)

Job Description:
We are a professional locksmith company based in Georgia, USA, looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers in need of locksmith services
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently across Georgia
• Provide accurate quotes, service explanations, and updates
• Maintain communication with customers and technicians until job completion
• Work with Google Drive spreadsheets and update data accurately
• Handle attachments and images as part of daily reports and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (clear and confident communication is a must)
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Ability to work US time zone (Georgia hours – night shift in PH)
• Responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Quick thinker who can handle high-pressure, fast-paced situations
• Experience in dispatching or service coordination preferred (locksmith / towing / HVAC is a plus)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Drive organization, and file attachments
