ABOUT THE ROLE

ClearHaven is a US-based fintech advisory firm. We help international and domestic fintech companies get fully compliant and operational in the United States. We work with founders and executives at payments companies, neobanks, remittance platforms, and crypto-to-fiat businesses.

We are building our LinkedIn outreach team and looking for someone who understands how to start real conversations with senior decision makers. This is not about blasting connection requests. We send 100 highly targeted, personalized connection requests per week to pre-qualified leads and then work each conversation individually. The people who do well in this role are patient, sharp communicators who know how to build a conversation without being pushy.

REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

You must have prior experience in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or B2B sales outreach. Applications without relevant experience will not be reviewed. You must also have a neutral or near-perfect English accent as this role includes cold calling warm leads by phone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Every Friday: research 100 qualified leads and add them to our CRM with their buying trigger noted.

Monday through Thursday: send 25 connection requests per day using personalized notes tailored to each lead. All 100 sent by Thursday.

Work follow-up message sequences with accepted connections within LinkedIn platform limits.

Respond to every positive reply within 1 hour and move the conversation toward a booked call.

Call warm leads who have gone cold using phone numbers sourced through Lusha.

Log all activity, conversation notes, and lead stages in GoHighLevel daily.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or B2B sales. You must be able to describe past campaigns or show results.

Near-perfect spoken and written English. Your messages and calls represent our company to senior fintech executives in the US market.

Active LinkedIn user comfortable navigating the platform for research and outreach.

Patient and organized. LinkedIn outreach moves through a sequence over several days. You need to track every conversation without letting anything fall through the cracks.

Able to work independently without daily supervision.

COMPENSATION

$100 per month retainer plus 5% commission on every closed deal your leads generate. Our deals range from $4,000 to $50,000 in value. A setter generating 1 to 2 closed deals per month can realistically earn $2,000 or more in monthly commission. There is no cap. Your income grows directly with your output.
