JOB OVERVIEW

Onlivin is looking for a high-performing Remote Leasing & Sales Agent to drive lead generation and close deals for our co-living properties in Los Angeles.

This is a pure sales role — not customer support. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows up relentlessly, and consistently converts leads into move-ins.

- What You’ll Do -
Post and optimize listings on platforms like Zillow, ---------- , and Facebook Marketplace
Generate and manage a high volume of inbound leads daily
Respond rapidly via calls, texts, and messages (speed = conversions)
Follow up persistently until prospects convert or are disqualified
Close deals and secure move-ins
Push und ---------- leads toward scheduling or collect admin fees when applicable
Schedule tours and appointments through our system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

- What We’re Looking For -
Proven track record in remote sales and closing deals
Experience with listing platforms (Zillow, ---------- , Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fast response time and high follow-up discipline
Comfortable handling high lead volume daily
Results-driven mindset — you care about conversions, not just conversations
