Remote Lead Generation / Business Development Associate – Fintech Payments

Remote | Full-time or Part-time

We are a cross-border payment company working with digital merchants in Southeast Asia.

Our main clients include:

• Online gaming platforms
• Forex & trading companies
• High-frequency digital businesses

We are expanding our merchant acquisition team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy research, outreach, and building new business connections.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation / Business Development Associate, your main responsibility is to identify potential merchants and connect with the decision makers of online platforms.

Your goal is to introduce our payment solutions and move merchants toward the API testing stage.

You will focus mainly on merchant sourcing, outreach, and early-stage communication.

Your Responsibilities

Your daily work may include:

• Research online gaming or trading websites targeting Indonesia or India
• Identify websites with active payment or deposit systems
• Find Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or other direct contact of the operator or decision maker
• Send the first outreach message introducing our payment solution
• Record leads and contact details in a shared Google Sheet
• Introduce interested merchants into group communication with the PAYJN team
• Assist merchants in moving toward the API onboarding and test transaction stage

Most merchants in this industry communicate via Telegram, so the ability to find and reach operators on Telegram is very important.

What Counts as a Valid Merchant

A merchant will be considered valid when:

• You connect with a real decision maker or operator
• The merchant shows interest in exploring payment cooperation
• API onboarding is initiated
• At least one successful test transaction is completed

The API test stage is the main milestone for BD performance.

Required Lead Information

For each potential merchant, you should try to collect:

• Website link
• Screenshot of deposit/payment page
• Telegram / WhatsApp / email contact
• Name or role of the operator (if available)

Leads without contact information will normally not be considered valid.

Pricing & Commercial Authority

You are responsible for introducing our services and initiating conversations.

However, you are NOT required to:

• Sign contracts
• Approve special pricing
• Make final commercial decisions

The company management team will handle pricing approvals and final agreements.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary
USD $400 per month

Base salary applies as long as at least one merchant reaches the API test stage in a month.

Commission

• 0.02% of transaction volume fro ---------- rchants you introduce
• Commission valid for 6 months per merchant
• No commission cap

Example

If a merchant processes:

Average daily volume: $150,000

Monthly volume ? $4.5 million

0.02% commission ? $900 per month

Multiple merchants can significantly increase total income.

Work Structure

This role can be:

• Full-time
• Part-time

There are no fixed working hours, but consistent outreach and merchant sourcing activity are expected.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
• Comfortable initiating conversations with potential merchants
• Familiar with Telegram, WhatsApp, or online outreach tools
• Able to research and identify real online businesses
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Interested in long-term income growth through commission
