JOB OVERVIEW

REMOTE LAND SOURCING & RESEARCH SPECIALIST (UK PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)
We are a UK-based property development and investment company focused on identifying land and development opportunities. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Land Sourcing Specialist from the Philippines for a long-term, full-time role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source land and development opportunities using tools like LandTech and Searchland
Research planning permissions, local plans, and site constraints
Identify off-market opportunities with development potential
Analyse ownership details and planning viability
Maintain a pipeline of high-quality sites
Monitor UK council planning portals
Prepare simple reports on potential deals

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience using LandTech, Searchland, or similar software (ESSENTIAL)
Understanding of the UK planning system (preferred)
Experience in property, land sourcing, or real estate research
Strong written and spoken English
Detail-oriented and proactive
Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
Quiet workspace with laptop and headset

COMPENSATION:
Base Salary: $600 per month

Performance Bonus: $1,000 per successful deal sourced
Bonus applies when a deal you identify is taken forward by the company.
This role is ideal for someone motivated, driven, and looking to increase earnings through performance.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm (UK Time)
