JOB OVERVIEW

BES Media and Experiances is hiring 2 remote tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines for an immediate start.

This is a remote client support and event coordination role, working with wedding clients from all over the world who are planning their destination weddings in Bali, Indonesia.

This is not a short-term VA role. Our clients book 12–24 months in advance, so we are looking for people who want to grow with the company long-term.

About the role

You will be supporting our planning team and clients throughout the wedding planning process.

You will start with a 3-month training and probation period. During this time, you will learn how we plan Bali weddings, how our team works, and how to communicate with clients and suppliers.

After successful completion of probation, this will move to a 1-year contract.

Your role will include:

Client email support
Preparing for client Zoom calls
Joining and eventually helping manage client calls
Taking clear and detailed notes
Writing call recaps
Updating client planning documents
Helping with basic admin tasks
Learning about Bali wedding suppliers
Learning our client planning process
Supporting the team with multiple clients at once
Helping clients feel supported, heard, and cared for

You will be working closely with our Bali-based team and will receive training before managing clients independently.

Training includes:

Skool training modules
Watching wedding videos and past client call videos
Listening to the Bali Weddings Unveiled podcast
Studying supplier catalogues
Learning about Bali venues and suppliers
Joining team calls
Learning our admin systems
Listening to real client calls
Practicing client communication
Basic admin tasks to understand the planning process

The right person must be:

Excellent in written and verbal English
Confident speaking on Zoom calls with English speaking clients
A people person
Bubbly, warm, and enthusiastic
Passionate about weddings and events
A fantastic listener
Highly detail-oriented
A strong note taker
Able to manage multiple clients at once
Comfortable giving suggestions and advice, not just taking orders
Able to remember supplier details, client details, and planning information
Well presented and professional on video calls
Able to work from a professional-looking home office or workspace
Reliable, organised, and proactive

You must have:

Previous experience in admin, customer support, client service, events, or a customer-facing role
Strong internet connection
Your own computer
A quiet and professional workspace
A clean, professional Zoom background, not virtual template backgrounds
Confidence speaking directly with clients
Availability to work the required hours

Working hours:

Monday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Salary:

3-month training and probation period: USD 500 per month
After successful probation: USD 600 per month
