Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing clients
Follow up consistently with qualified sales leads
Evaluate customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
Clearly explain products, benefits, and coverage options
Handle objections and guide customers toward a decision
Assist with renewals, policy inquiries, and servicing
Achieve individual activity and sales objectives
