R.S.M.C. Services: Healthcare Recruiter

Overview:
Join R.S.M.C. Services, a US-based recruiting firm, as a Full-Time Remote Healthcare Recruiter. We require expertise in recruiting dentists and other healthcare professionals. This role demands full-time dedication with R.S.M.C. as your sole employer. You must be available during PST - California Time Zone or the Night Shift in the Philippines (11 PM onwards, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week).

Requirements:
Must Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience as a Healthcare Recruiter/Sourcer & Appointment Setter
Proficiency in Bullhorn ATS, Crelate, Catsone

Willing to undergo Paid Trial Task:
You'll undergo a 1-month paid trial. Failure to meet KPIs during this period will result in the end of your paid training, and direct hiring won't proceed.

Organized
Reliable
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Adept at recruiting and sourcing
Proficient in Bullhorn ATS
Skilled in Boolean search
Available during PST (California Time)
Committed to full-time employment with R.S.M.C.
Equipped with a reliable internet connection and backup devices (portable generator & internet)
What You'll Do:

Conduct phone interviews in English
Recruit American Doctors, Physician Assistants, or Dentists
Achieve weekly KPIs
Source candidates and gather contact info from resumes
Create candidate lists
Schedule interviews via email
Maintain prompt email responses
Utilize Skype for team communication
Source from platforms like Indeed, Zoominfo, ATS (Crelate)
Message qualified candidates on job boards
Input resumes into Bullhorn as per criteria
Provide manager with qualified resumes
Update and clean ATS data
Draft job descriptions and post them
