• Source qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, CNAs, LPNs, Admin staff) using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and NurseFly
• Create and manage our company’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts to support recruitment and brand visibility
• Identify and reach out to decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare facilities to offer our staffing services
• Review resumes and screen candidates for suitability
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups with potential hires
• Keep candidate records organized in our applicant tracking system (GoHighLevel)
• Build a pipeline of ready-to-place healthcare professionals

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare roles and qualifications
• Comfortable using sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn
• Good written and spoken English
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven
• Willing to use TimeProof for time tracking
• Reliable internet connection and professional working setup
