Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, evaluate, and onboard high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate understands modern recruitment strategies, employer branding, and how to source strong talent efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience
- Maintain organized records of applicants and hiring processes
- Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring pipelines
- Organized and detail-oriented
