Company: Established, stable US-based printing & marketing firm
Position Type: Long-term remote contract
Hours: Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week), with growth to full-time
About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented Graphic Designer who excels in print-ready file preparation and can also create scroll-stopping social media graphics that drive engagement and sales. This role is a 60/40 split between creative digital design and technical print production.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone reliable, skilled, and looking to grow with a US-based company.

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Design (60%)
• Design eye-catching graphics for Instagram and Facebook (Reels, Carousels, Ads, Posts)
• Create promotional visuals for seasonal campaigns and key services
• Design with conversion in mind—not just aesthetics
Print Design (40%)
• Prepare flawless, print-ready files for postcards, EDDM, flyers, yard signs, vehicle decals, banners, and promotional products
• Ensure proper bleed, trim, CMYK color, resolution, and production accuracy

What You MUST Have
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (required)
• Demonstrated experience creating social media graphics, Reels, and Carousels
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., DeepSeek, Gemini, InVideo, or similar) to improve efficiency, ideation, or execution
• Strong English communication skills
• High reliability, attention to detail, and a long-term mindset
