Location: 100% Remote (US-Based Healthcare Company)
Shift: USA, Mountain time, to start however once trained can easily work days in the phillipines, but need at least 2hrs a day overlap to CEO Meeting Daily
Role Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
The Mission
We are a fast-growing, psychiatric healthcare group in the US. We are refocusing on Operational Excellence.
We don't need a theorist; we need a Financial Architect. This role replaces a departing CFO and focuses on the "engine room"—tracking numbers, managing payroll, paying bills, and building the dashboards that tell us exactly where the business stands every Monday morning. If you love building clarity from chaos and turning raw data into actionable insights, we want to talk to you.
???? Your Key Responsibilities
The Pulse (KPIs): Own the weekly KPI dashboard (Revenue, Payroll %, Provider Productivity, Collections, and AR).
The Books: Full-cycle QuickBooks Online management, including meticulous bank reconciliation and expense categorization.
The People: Audit payroll, analyze labor costs, and ensure "hours worked vs. revenue generated" stays in balance.
The Flow: Manage accounts payable (bills) and ensure financial data integrity across multiple clinic locations.
The Future: Assist the CEO and fractional CFO with budgeting and forecasting models.
The Standard: Help design and document Financial SOPs so our operations are scalable and "bulletproof."
???? Required Skills & Experience
US Healthcare Experience: You must understand US Medical Billing/RCM (the gap between "date of service" and "date of collection").
QuickBooks Pro: Advanced experience in QBO, specifically using Class Tracking for multi-location reporting.
Sheets/Excel Wizard: You should be comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and building clean, visual dashboards.
Detail Obsession: You find the $10 discrepancy that everyone else misses.
Communication: Fluent written and spoken English. You can explain why a number is down, not just that it is down.
Proactive Nature: You don't wait for the CEO to ask for a report; you have it ready before they think of it.
???? Ideal Candidate Profile
You are calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-moving CEO.
You value discretion—handling sensitive psychiatric practice data and payroll requires a high level of integrity.
You prefer "building the system" over just "following a list."
???? How to Apply (Strict Requirements)
Failure to follow these steps will result in your application being ignored.
Resume: Updated PDF version.
Loom Video (2–3 mins): Briefly explain your experience managing US healthcare financials, your proficiency with QuickBooks, and one specific time you found a cost-saving or error that others missed.
The Proof: Provide a screenshot or link to a KPI Dashboard you have built (please redact/blur any sensitive previous client info).
