About Us
We are a CNC routing and aluminium façade fabrication business based in Crestmead, Brisbane, Australia. We specialise in precision-cut aluminium facades for commercial, architectural, and construction applications.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused individual to join our team full-time.
This role is primarily remote, with the successful candidate working offsite to operate EnRoute software and support our production workflow.
This position involves a combination of:
• EnRoute CAD/CAM programming (main software used daily)
• Drawing and file preparation for CNC routing
• Quoting and job costing
• Nesting and job workflow coordination

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare CNC-ready files using EnRoute as the primary design/CAM software
• Create or modify CAD drawings for aluminium façade panels
• Upload, store, and manage files through cloud-based platforms
• Assist with quoting and material pricing
• Enter job data and maintain accurate project documentation
• Communicate with internal staff to ensure smooth workflow from design to production
Requirements
• EnRoute experience or strong CAD background is essential
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote access and file transfers
• Experience preparing files for CNC routing highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Solid computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Experience with aluminium fabrication, CNC machining, or architectural panels is an advantage
