Erudite Tuition is an Australian-based private tutoring company supporting students from Kindergarten to Year 12 across English, Mathematics, and Science. We receive a consistent flow of warm parent enquiries from families actively seeking tutoring support.

We are hiring a full-time remote Sales Closer to handle approximately 300 warm leads per month. This role is focused on converting parent enquiries into long-term tutoring students through structured consultation, objection handling, and persistent follow-up. This is a performance-driven sales position with a transparent bonus structure tied to clear KPIs and you will be expected to respond quickly to new leads and maintain disciplined follow-up until a decision is reached.

What you will do:
- Call warm parent enquiries (Australia-based clients)
- Conduct structured needs assessments to understand student goals
- Clearly explain our tutoring model and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle objections confidently (pricing, timing, hesitation)
- Follow up consistently via phone, SMS, email, and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth student onboarding
- Work toward clear monthly conversion KPIs
- This role requires persistence and confidence. You must be confident in making outbound calls and handling objections.

Performance Expectations
- Roughly 300 warm leads per month
- Daily outbound calls required
- Target conversion rate: 12–18%
- Minimum 4 follow-ups per qualified lead
- Strong CRM hygiene and documentation

Compensation (AUD)
- Base pay $7.50 per hour
- Performance bonuses:
$30 flat bonus when a student reaches 4 completed lessons
$1.50 per completed lesson (up to 12 lessons per student)
- Sales staff who meet a 15% conversion rate can expect to earn $2600 per month.
- This is a stable, full-time role with clear earning upside tied directly to your performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of phone-based sales experience
- Clear, neutral English accent
- Comfortable speaking with Australian parents
- Proven ability to hit sales KPIs
- Strong objection handling skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work environment
- Available to work Australian business hours
