Contract Responsibilities, after 3-month Training, May Include:

· Generating more leads via search marketing.
· Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rate.
· Generating more leads via Content Marketing.
· Advocate clients to write online reviews for our great service.
· Create highly desirable content via pillar blogs to generate leads.
· Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Support sales operations
· At least 40 hours per week!

What You'll Own After Training:

We'll equip you to master:
· Lead generation through strategic search marketing: SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization)
· Multi-channel prospect engagement (email, DM, phone)
· Content creation that converts
· Marketing funnel optimization for maximum ROI
· Cold outreach strategies that actually work
· Data-driven reporting (daily, weekly, monthly analytics)
· Full-time commitment: 40 hours weekly for long-term growth

Your Growth Path & Compensation:

This position has great GROWTH potential:
· Trainee: Foundation Level - $7/hour minimum
· Level 1: Entry Professional - $8/hour minimum
· Level 2: Intermediate Specialist - $9/hour minimum
· Level 3: Advanced Specialist - $11/hour minimum
· Level 4: Master Marketer - $13/hour minimum
· Level 5: Authority Expert - $15/hour minimum
