We are a fast-growing Canadian dental group led by Dr. Michael J. Webster, operating two brands across Kelowna, BC and Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a top-tier remote sales representative to handle high-value dental leads and drive patient reactivation — starting now.

New Teeth Today™ is our premium full-arch same-day dental implant programme, operating out of Kelowna Dental Centre and Yaletown Dentistry. You will be the first voice these patients hear. They are high-intent leads — often people who have struggled with their smile for years and are finally ready to change their lives. Your job is to listen, build trust, handle cost and fear objections with empathy, and convert them to a free consultation with our lead consultant, Hannah.

KELOWNA DENTAL CENTRE — OUTBOUND REACTIVATION ( ---------- )
You will proactively call lapsed Kelowna Dental Centre patients, re-engage them with the practice, and schedule their return appointment. This is warm outbound calling — patients who have been with us before.

? NEUTRAL, CLEAR ENGLISH — this is non-negotiable. New Teeth Today™ patients making life-changing decisions will not proceed if communication is unclear. Your English must be effortless for Canadian ears.
? 3+ years in phone-based sales — high-ticket, healthcare, or North American BPO accounts strongly preferred
? Experience with consultative, empathy-led sales — not just transactional appointment booking
? Comfortable and confident making outbound calls
? GoHighLevel (GHL) experience strongly preferred — you will manage multiple pipelines independently
? Background in dental, implant, cosmetic, or elective healthcare sales is a major advantage
? Quiet dedicated home office, 25+ Mbps wired internet, quality headset and webcam
