About the Role
We are a U.S.-based oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking an experienced Dental Phone
Support Specialist to handle inbound calls, scheduling, and call routing. Many of our patients are older
or anxious, so clear English, calm tone, and excellent phone etiquette are essential. This is a
non-sales, inbound-only role.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION REQUIREMENT
Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed. Applicants must submit a short Loom (or
similar) video to assess clarity, pacing, and accent.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Assist new patients, existing patients, and referring dental offices
• Schedule appointments accurately and route calls appropriately
• Escalate urgent or complex calls per protocol
• Document calls clearly and flag high-priority inquiries
Role Exclusions
• No medical advice or diagnosis
• No treatment explanations beyond scripts
• No financial counseling or case closing
• No improvisation outside workflows
Required Qualifications
• Dental office experience REQUIRED
• Inbound phone experience in dental or medical setting
• Excellent spoken English with neutral or mild accent
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
Preferred Qualifications
• Oral surgery or dental implant experience
• Experience speaking with older patients
• Familiarity with dental scheduling systems or EHRs
Voice Sample Instructions (Required)
Submit a 30–90 second Loom video including:
1) 30-second introduction (name and dental experience)
2) Reading the following script verbatim:
“Thank you for calling our office, this is [your name]. How may I help you today?
I’d be happy to help you with scheduling. Let me confirm a few details, and if needed, I’ll connect you
with our clinical team.”

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Long-term opportunity for the right candidate. No nights
