Remote Customer Service & After-Sales Specialist (Phone Support)
We are an established online store selling mobility scooters and powerchairs to elderly and disabled customers. We are looking for a reliable, professional Customer Service Representative from the Philippines for long-term full-time work.
This role involves phone support, delivery follow-ups, and basic technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer phone calls
Respond to
Track deliveries and investigate lost/delayed shipments
Coordinate with couriers
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting
Process returns and warranty claims
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident and professional on the phone
Previous customer service or call center experience
Experience handling delivery/logistics issues preferred
Patient and calm (many customers are elderly)
Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and quiet workspace
Quality headset and microphone with Laptop
Work Details:
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm United Kingdom time
Salary: $600/month
