This is not a “one-off freelance gig.”

This is a stable role with increasing responsibility and hours for the right person.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Remote Part-Time Creative Assistant to create:
• Social media graphics
• Short-form videos
• Marketing and website visuals
You’ll also help improve existing designs, organize assets, and contribute ideas for content.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Start at 10–15 hours/week ($5/hr)
• Consistent weekly work (not project-based)
• Hours increase over time based on performance
• Clear workflows and structured systems
• A small team that actually communicates and collaborates
• Long-term stability with a company that’s been around for decades

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Have strong design sense (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Have excellent US English (written and spoken)
• Are organized, responsive, and reliable
• Can work independently without being chased
• Use AI tools to improve speed and output
• Want consistent, long-term work, not random side projects

WORK SETUP
• Remote
• Part-time (10–15 hrs/week to start)
• Daily meeting at 8:00 AM PST
