JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dependable copywriter who is fluent in English, has a background in marketing, is familiar with social media content, and is seeking a remote role Monday through Saturday. You will be trained to rewrite high performing viral Instagram Reels into scripts tailored for our agency’s clients.

Availability

This role requires availability Monday through Saturday.

Ideally between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM Philippines time, though later working hours can be arranged for candidates who prefer an evening schedule.

Requirements

- Fluent in English, mandatory requirement
- Experience in marketing or copywriting, mandatory requirement
- Very responsive and reliable on WhatsApp
- Able to learn quickly and follow systems
- Comfortable using tools such as Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace
- Able to work independently using provided training and documentation

Compensation

- The position begins with a paid training period lasting approximately 2 to 4 weeks
- During training, you will be paid per short form script at a starting rate of 130 PHP per script
- As your speed and quality improve, pay may increase up to 290 PHP per script
- For trainees, a script may take up to 1 hour to complete
- Experienced copywriters typically complete a script in 15 to 30 minutes
- Over time, if we work well together, compensation may transition to a fixed monthly salary

The exact rate progression will be discussed once training is completed.

Marketing Knowledge Expectation

Applicants should be familiar with common marketing and social media concepts such as pain points, ideal client profile (ICP), target audience, hooks, calls to action (CTA), value proposition, engagement tactics, and conversion focused content.
