JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based business looking for a dependable & confident contractor who is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

?? #1 — COLD CALL SALES

A major part of this position is calling U.S. business owners to introduce our local advertising opportunity and make the sale.

You will be provided with leads, training, scripts, and the GoHighLevel CRM system, to manage your conversations and follow-ups.

Your responsibilities will include:
~ Making outbound cold calls to U.S. business owners
~ Following a provided sales script while still sounding natural and conversational
~ Introducing our advertising program clearly and confidently
~ Answering basic questions about the program
~ Following up with prospects by phone, text, or email as directed
~ Keeping accurate notes and updating prospect status in our CRM
~ Achieving monthly sales goals

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, persistent, professional, and not afraid to pick up the phone and be able to make the sale.

???? #2 — SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

You will also manage our company's social media presence.

Responsibilities may include:
~ Creating and scheduling posts
~ Posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
~ Using Canva to create or modify graphics
~ Repurposing existing content
~ Maintaining a consistent posting schedule
~ Monitoring basic engagement
~ Helping keep our pages current, active, and professional

????? #3 — PODCAST MANAGEMENT

You will assist with the editing and publishing of our podcast.

Responsibilities may include:
~ Editing recorded podcast audio/video
~ Removing unnecessary pauses, mistakes, or sections
~ Adding provided intros, outros, graphics, or branding
~ Preparing finished episodes for publishing
~ Creating episode titles and descriptions
~ Uploading and publishing episodes
~ Creating short clips or social media content from podcast episodes

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You do not need to be an expert in every area on your first day. Training and direction will be provided.

You should be:
~ Comfortable speaking English with U.S. business owners
~ Confident on the phone
~ Friendly and conversational
~ Reliable and consistent
~ Organized and detail-oriented
~ Able to work independently
~ Comfortable learning new software
~ Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
~ Interested in a long-term position, not a temporary job

Experience with cold calling, GoHighLevel, Canva, social media management & podcast editing is necessary.

???? COMPENSATION

Guaranteed Base Pay: $80 USD per week.
The position requires a minimum of 20 working hours per week.
In addition to guaranteed weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to earn based on your sales performance.
Monthly Commission Opportunity: Up to $1,250.00 USD total, less the guaranteed weekly payments already received.

For example:

If you earn the full $1,250 monthly commission and have already received $320 in weekly guaranteed payments during a four-week month, the remaining commission payment would be $930.

$320 weekly payments already received + $930 commission balance = $1,250 total compensation for the month.

Your weekly $80 payments therefore act as a guaranteed minimum payment/advance against earned monthly commission.

Meeting performance goals will allow you to earn—up to $1,250 USD per month under the current commission plan.

Specific sales goals and commission requirements will be clearly explained before you begin.
