About the Role
We’re looking for driven BDRs/Cold Callers who thrive in outbound sales and are comfortable making a high volume of calls daily. You’ll run structured outreach campaigns, follow tested frameworks, and focus on consistently booking qualified meetings.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and confident in cold prospecting.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B decision-makers
- Execute scripts, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling techniques
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Manage post-booking steps (confirmations, intros, gifting links when needed)
- Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates
- Coordinate with clients in real time to ensure smooth handoffs
- Share feedback on lead quality, scripts, and messaging
- Work closely with the team to maintain consistent pipeline output
- Stay aligned with client messaging and report insights from conversations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a B2B SDR/BDR role (cold calling-focused)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and meeting targets
- Strong attention to detail, especially in CRM usage
- Confident communicator with solid objection-handling skills
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Collaborative team player
- Professional and clear in both spoken and written communication
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, Nooks (or similar) is a plus
Compensation & Perks
- USD 1,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission per qualified meeting held
