StoryGen (storygen.agency) is a rapidly growing outbound lead generation agency that helps SaaS and technology companies connect with qualified prospects through strategic cold calling and outbound prospecting.
We're expanding our team and looking for driven, confident Business Development Representatives (BDRs) / Cold Callers who enjoy speaking with decision-makers, overcoming objections, and creating meaningful sales conversations.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our outbound team, you'll be responsible for helping clients generate pipeline and revenue opportunities through direct prospect outreach.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects
- Engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Identify pain points and qualify opportunities
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Book qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
- Send follow-up communications to maximize meeting attendance
- Follow proven outreach strategies while bringing your own personality to conversations
- Work closely with managers and teammates to improve campaign performance
- Contribute ideas that help increase conversion rates and appointment quality
- Help ensure smooth transitions from prospect conversations to client meetings
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and motivated by results.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, or inside sales representative
- Strong communication and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
- Experience in handling objections
- Consistent track of achieving call activity or appointment-setting goals
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized and detail-oriented when managing CRM data
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, Nooks, or similar platforms is a plus
