Remote Support Assistant (Chinese-speaking)
Fully Remote | Based in the Philippines
We are looking for a reliable, long-term Remote Support Assistant to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients, and assist with daily coordination, documentation, and follow-up tasks, with strong use of AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy with English speaking management team.
This is a fully remote position, suitable for candidates currently living or working in the Philippines who value stable income, consistency, and long-term career development.
Key Requirements
Currently living or working in the Philippines
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (nationality is not restricted)
Good English skills – listening, speaking, reading, and writing
(candidates with strong proficiency in both languages will be highly regarded)
Highly responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
Able to follow procedures and accurately record information
Comfortable working remotely and communicating online on a daily basis
Highly proficient in using AI tools to assist with drafting, summarising, organising information, and completing daily tasks efficiently
Preferred (but Not Required)
We value willingness to learn and a positive attitude more than background or experience.
Background in healthcare, nursing, aged care, social work, or other health-related fields
Experience in customer support, coordination, administration, or remote work
Experience applying AI tools in daily work or documentation tasks
