Remote Chinese Call Center Representative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chinese Call Center Representative to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits
Process and follow up on prior authorizations
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Coordinate information with patients, clinics, providers, and insurance companies
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Assist with surgery scheduling, if experienced

Qualifications:

Fluent in Chinese and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Healthcare call center or medical office experience preferred
Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred
Surgery scheduling experience is a plus
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Setup: Fully Remote
