Role Overview
You will handle live customer chats for industry like e-commerce and SaaS. Your job is to respond quickly, guide customers through purchases, answer product questions, and close sales through friendly, confident conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3–8 simultaneous live chats (after training)
Guide customers through product selections and purchasing decisions
Upsell and cross-sell using provided scripts and sales strategies
Hit daily and weekly sales targets
Follow brand voice and team guidelines consistently
Keep conversations on-topic, helpful, and moving toward conversion
Requirements
Fluent, natural written English (tested during application)
Fast and accurate typing (tested)
Strong sales mindset and comfort with closing deals
Ability to read customer intent and adjust tone accordingly
Reliable high-speed internet, laptop, and quiet workspace
Availability across day and night shifts
