JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a basic VA. We are looking for an OPERATOR.

JDX Coaching is hiring a highly accountable Remote COO / Operations Manager to oversee operations for our U.S.-based coaching company and three nail salons in California.

You will manage our remote team, salon management, marketing execution, sales and lead follow-up, coaching enrollment, GHL/CRM, KPIs, projects and deadlines.

Your job is to take the CEO’s vision and turn it into execution, accountability and measurable results.

We want someone who can lead people, solve problems independently, build systems and make sure projects actually get completed.

Preferred: Experience managing U.S. businesses, remote teams, GoHighLevel/CRM, Asana, Google Workspace, marketing, sales and KPI reporting.

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month + performance opportunities. 30-day paid trial.
