CCTV Live Monitoring Specialist
Remote / Virtual Assistant Position

Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Assigned days and shift to be determined

POSITION OVERVIEW

Hippie’s Heaven Gift Shop is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Live Monitoring Specialist to support our security operations.

This position is responsible for actively monitoring live camera feeds, identifying suspicious activity, and documenting i ---------- in real time. The ideal candidate must remain focused, alert, and fully attentive throughout each assigned shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously monitor multiple live CCTV camera feeds during assigned shifts
• Identify, track, and report suspicious activity, theft, or policy violations
• Maintain accurate, time-stamped logs of i ---------- and observations
• Notify management and team members immediately when issues arise
• Capture and save relevant footage for reporting and review
• Follow all internal security protocols and escalation procedures
• Remain fully attentive to monitoring duties with no distractions

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years of experience in CCTV monitoring, dispatch, live security operations, or a related field
• Clear and fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Dual-monitor computer setup required
• Willingness to use time-tracking and screen-recording software during all working hours
• Must be exclusively dedicated to Hippie’s Heaven during assigned shifts
• Availability to work a consistent part-time schedule, with specific days and hours to be determined
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
• Reliable computer equipment and high-speed internet connection

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

• Hippie’s Heaven operates a 24/7 security-monitoring operation
• Assigned shifts may include daytime, nighttime, weekend, or holiday hours
• Specific working days and hours will be determined during the hiring process
• Zero tolerance for missed i ---------- , inattentiveness, or policy violations
• Professionalism and confidentiality are required at all times

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with remote security teams or virtual monitoring operations
• Familiarity with Ring, CCTV software, NVR systems, or similar surveillance platforms
• Background in retail loss prevention or security
