Position Overview
Live Oak Financial, Inc. is seeking a polished, persistent, and commercially minded Business Development and Sales Representative to support the company’s growth throughout the United States.
The representative will identify prospective clients, reach business decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule executive-level meetings, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. The primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities with organizations that require professional accounts receivable management and collection services.
This is a business-to-business sales position. It does not involve collecting debts from consumers.

Wholesale and distribution

Other businesses carrying delinquent accounts receivable
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients that fit the company’s target profile.
Locate and verify appropriate decision-makers, including owners, executives, controllers, finance directors, credit managers, and accounts receivable leaders.
Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, and approved campaigns.
Present Live Oak Financial’s services clearly, professionally, and credibly.
Ask appropriate discovery questions to determine a prospect’s needs, account volume, current collection process, decision timeline, and potential fit.
Schedule qualified sales meetings for company leadership.
Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity records within the company’s CRM.
Complete timely follow-ups and advance qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Assist with proposals, presentations, service information, and client onboarding coordination.
Monitor assigned industries for relevant companies and business-development opportunities.
Achieve established activity, meeting, pipeline, and revenue-support objectives.
Participate in sales training, coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance meetings.
Protect confidential company, prospect, and client information.
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or outbound customer acquisition.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Confident and professional telephone presence.
Strong prospecting, active-listening, discovery, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. executives and business owners.
Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of professional outbound calls.
Ability to work independently and consistently during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Experience using email, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, web-based CRM systems, and sales-prospecting tools.
Reliable attendance, personal accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling financial, professional, outsourcing, SaaS, accounts receivable, or collection-related services.
Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company.
Experience selling to healthcare organizations, municipalities, utilities, property managers, construction companies, or commercial businesses.
Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
Experience with structured outbound email and telephone campaigns.
Understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

Compensation
The position offers competitive monthly compensation based on experience, together with performance-based incentives tied to qualified appointments, client conversions, or revenue results. Final terms will be presented to selected candidates.
