JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records for the entire year of 2025. The ideal candidate has strong experience in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, understands US taxation, and can ensure that all financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and complete records of all financial transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis
Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
Ensure books are always up-to-date and audit-ready
Assist with bookkeeping tasks related to US taxes (sales tax, reports, coordination with CPA, etc.)
Communicate promptly with management regarding discrepancies, issues, or missing information

Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper (US-based accounts preferred)
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Familiarity with US taxation and basic compliance requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage year-round bookkeeping
