JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Remote Paralegal to support our U.S. law practice with legal research, document preparation, case management, filing support, client communication, and administrative legal tasks.

The successful candidate will work closely with supervising attorneys on criminal, family, and probate matters. This is a legal support role and does not involve providing legal advice, representing clients, or making court appearances.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management and preparation
Conduct legal and case-related research
Draft and organize pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents
Assist with discovery and court filings
Track deadlines, hearings, and case milestones
Maintain accurate electronic case files and documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals
Provide general administrative and legal support as assigned

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) required
Prior Paralegal experience
Experience in United States legal practice required
Experience with legal research and document preparation
Criminal, family, or probate experience preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software preferred
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
