About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities for our clients through strategic outbound calling.
You'll represent a variety of client campaigns, engage with decision-makers, qualify potential opportunities, and book meetings that help drive revenue growth.
Success in this role comes from consistency, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to confidently guide conversations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects
- Speak with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Qualify prospects by uncovering business needs and pain points
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Schedule qualified meetings for client sales teams
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
- Send follow-up communications to maximize meeting attendance
- Follow proven sales processes while developing your own communication style
- Work closely with managers and teammates to improve campaign performance
- Share insights that help improve messaging, objection handling, and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, stays motivated by goals, and doesn't give up after hearing "no."
You'll likely be a strong fit if you have:
- Experience as a Cold Caller, SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Representative, or similar outbound sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong objection-handling and conversation skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
- A history of achieving call, activity, or appointment-setting targets
- Strong self-management while working remotely
- Good organizational skills and attention to CRM accuracy
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Nooks, Coda, or similar platforms is an advantage
