I am looking for a expirienced appointment setter to join our growing team. You will be treated with respect and given opportunities to grow.

Your Role:
As an Appointment Setter, your #1 responsibility is to call and text leads the ---------- nt they opt in, engage them in a professional, friendly conversation, and book them for an appointment. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in helping people take the first step in their health journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Call and follow up with inbound leads immediately after they opt in.

Text and email leads using our CRM to increase show-up rates.

Qualify prospects with basic questions and book them for appointments.

Manage and update your leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel experience a plus).

Hit daily and weekly goals for dials, conversations, and bookings.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (you must sound professional and natural on the phone).

1+ year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales (health or wellness industry is a plus).

Comfortable using CRMs, call software, and texting/email tools.

Fast internet and a quiet work environment.

Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow with a U.S. company.

Compensation:
Monthly base pay

How much does it cost?: "That's a really good question, I am only in charge of scheduling, I really would love to help you and the thing is we have a wide range of testing and treatments so there really isn't a way for me to tell you what this is going to cost. But what I can do is set you up with someone who is trained and can go over your medical history and see how we can actually help. I have time [next available appointment] with a patient coordinator, does that work for you?'
