About the Role:

Join the most valuable team at YardReach - the Appointment Setting team!
This is a long-term role with growth potential, including leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Call inbound leads (fro ---------- ta ads) and convert them into home consultations.

• Listen to the lead’s vision, ask thoughtful questions, build excitement, and schedule appointments in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

• Handle occasional client communication via Slack (reschedules, feedback, etc.).

• Fill out daily performance reports (hours worked, consults booked, etc.)

• Attend training sessions for continuous improvement (call reviews, outdoor living education, etc.).

Soft Skills Required:

• Fluent English (spoken & written) with minimal to no accent (very important!)

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or outbound calling (especially to U.S. customers).

• Comfortable being on the phones 6–8 hours / day.

• Emotionally resilient - rejection is rare but does happen. Don’t take it personally.

• Punctuality - you have no issues consistently showing up to work on time or calling leads at their requested times.

• Coachable - listen to call recordings with leadership and be open to continuous constructive feedback & improvement.

Technical Skills Required:

• Excellent headset + mic quality

• Quiet, private workspace - no background noise (babies crying, dogs barking, traffic, roosters, etc.)

• Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload with a stable internet connection

• Computer: Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred)

• 2 monitors (you’ll be reviewing data while on live calls)

Bonus Points:

• Experience within Landscaping / Home Improvement industry

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM

Work Schedule (Eastern Time):

• We're looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 40 hours per week. 48 hours would be preferred

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 4:00 PM
Monday to Friday - 4:00PM to 11:59PM
Saturday - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Sunday - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Compensation:

• This is a contractor/freelance position with an hourly + commission pay structure.

• Monthly compensation for this position is $1040 to $2,080 USD / month. Our average, ramped Appointment Setters make $1700 USD / Month

• $5 USD / hour base rate

• $5 USD per qualified consultation booked

• Fully ramped setters are booking 8+ consultations per day

• Multiple end of month performance bonuses awarded (most consultations booked, highest lead rating, etc)
