Soliman Business Services, LLC is a U.S.-based bookkeeping and financial services firm supporting small and growing businesses across multiple industries, including construction and professional services.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Production Specialist to support our bookkeeping team with daily accounting production tasks inside QuickBooks Online.
This is a long-term, stable remote position with consistent work and growth opportunities.

? Responsibilities
You will assist our U.S. bookkeeping team by performing structured accounting tasks, including:
• Categorizing bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Preparing bank and credit card reconciliations (for review)
• Identifying missing or duplicate transactions
• Maintaining organized financial records
• Updating transaction clarification spreadsheets for clients
• Reviewing uncategorized transactions
• Attaching receipts and documentation
• Flagging discrepancies or unusual activity
• Preparing monthly bookkeeping files for review
This role focuses on production bookkeeping, not client communication.

• No client calls or meetings
• No tax advice
• No financial decision-making
• No communication with clients directly
• No closing books independently
You will work under a structured workflow with clear instructions.

? Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong English written communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and checklists
• Stable internet connection
• Reliable work schedule
• Comfortable working with U.S. accounting standards
