Role Overview
As a Remote Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of our business. From maintaining accurate financial records to ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards, you will help us build a strong financial foundation to support our growth.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located in the Philippines who are experienced in working with international clients.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax and labor laws.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably working with U.S. clients.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and CRM systems like HouseCall Pro or Jobber.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and tax laws is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines.
- High-speed internet and a reliable home office setup.
