JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

Seal Global Holdings is looking for a sharp, tech-forward Remote Digital Operations & Client Manager to act as the central nervous system for our client accounts. You will manage the day-to-day execution rhythm of our multi-channel delivery team—consisting of a digital marketer, web developer, and graphics/video producer—while serving as the primary day-to-day liaison for our clients.

The ideal candidate does not just track tasks; they deeply understand digital marketing, AI tools, and creative workflows. You will leverage modern project management tools to ensure deliverables never fall through the cracks, bottlenecks are cleared proactively, and clients feel consistently informed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow & Task Management: Own the daily execution pipeline across multiple client accounts. Track tasks from backlog to completion, ensuring the digital marketer, web developer, and video/graphics lead hit their daily and weekly milestones.

Client Communication & Liaison: Act as the first line of client contact for operational updates, routine check-ins, reporting, and feedback collection. Translate technical or creative delays into transparent, reassuring client communications.

AI-Assisted Operations: Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate task triaging, content drafting summaries, reporting, and asset organization.

Quality & Scope Control: Review daily deliverables against client scope and quality standards before they are sent to the client or pushed live.

Proactive Problem Solving: Identify roadblocks between team members (e.g., waiting on developer code or creative assets) and clear them before they impact client deadlines.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven Agency Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience managing projects, tasks, or client accounts within a digital marketing, creative, or web development agency.

Deep Digital Marketing Fluency: Familiarity with paid media, SEO, social media workflows, and basic web development life cycles.

AI-Native Mindset: Hands-on experience utilizing modern AI tools for productivity, workflow automation, content generation, or data organization.

Exceptional Communication: Impeccable written and spoken English, with the poise and professionalism to handle client communications independently.

Tool Proficiency: Mastery of collaborative project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, or Teamwork) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
