Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and reliable Relations Manager to handle communication, build strong partnerships, and drive outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can combine relationship-building with structured execution and strategic thinking.
You will play a key role in expanding our network, maintaining high-quality communication, and supporting growth through outreach and research-driven strategies. This is a full-time role that also includes supporting an additional project for a few hours each day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business outreach strategies to build partnerships and expand our network?
• Conduct marketing research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential collaborators?
• Manage communication across channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and prospects?
• Track outreach performance and continuously optimize messaging and targeting?
• Identify high-value leads and prioritize relationship-building efforts?
• Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and growth strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
• Dedicate 4-5 hours daily to core relation management tasks?
• Dedicate 2-3 hours daily to support a separate ongoing project?
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail?
• Provide regular updates and coordinate closely with the team?• Maintain organized records of outreach, contacts, and ongoing conversations
Requirements:
• Strong written communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)?
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail?
• Ability to think strategically about outreach and partnerships?
• Comfortable conducting research and identifying opportunities independently?
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines?
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
Working Hours:
• Full-time position (flexible schedule)?
