JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
Core Systems is currently seeking motivated and energetic Rehash Agents to reconnect with previous leads and customers for one of our clients in the home improvement industry. We are looking for confident communicators who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
This is a full-time remote opportunity with strong earning potential for agents who consistently generate qualified demos.

Requirements:
Must be able to work between the hours of 8 AM – 8 PM EST
Must be able to work some Saturdays (9 AM – 4 PM EST)
Previous call center, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented
Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Responsibilities:
Contact previous leads and customers to re-engage them
Follow up with prospects who previously expressed interest in home improvement products or services
Qualify customers and identify their current needs
Schedule qualified customers for a product/service demo
Handle objections and answer customer questions professionally
Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in the system
Follow up with leads as needed to maximize conversion opportunities
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly demo-setting goals
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

What We Offer:
Starting pay: $6.00 per hour
$15 bonus for every completed/qualified demo
Paid training
Full-time position — 40 hours per week
