WE'RE HIRING: Registered Nurses – Sales & Communications Executive

About the Role
Dokitami is hiring Registered Nurses to join our telehealth team.This is not a traditional hospital or bedside nursing role.
You will work directly with prospective and existing clients who are interested in Dokitami’s medical weight-management, skincare, wellness, and other healthcare programmes.

Your role will involve client communication, medical assessments, patient education, follow-up, sales support, and helping suitable clients move from enquiry to treatment. You should be comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
• Responding promptly to new client enquiries and leads.
• Communicating with clients primarily through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.
• Conducting and reviewing client assessments according to Dokitami protocols.
• Asking appropriate medical and qualification questions.
• Educating clients about available Dokitami programmes and treatment options.
• Explaining how recommended programmes work in simple, understandable language.
• Answering questions about treatment, pricing, administration, expectations, and next steps.
• Identifying when a client requires escalation to a doctor or another member of the medical team.
• Following up with prospective clients who have not completed their assessment or purchase.
• Helping suitable clients move from enquiry → assessment → recommendation → order.
• Following up with existing clients where required.
• Maintaining accurate client records.
• Updating the company’s lead/client management systems.
• Meeting assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Submitting required end-of-shift reports.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and professional medical communication at all times.

This Is Also a Sales Role:
While applicants must have a medical background, this position has a significant commercial and client-conversion component.

You will be expected to confidently discuss pricing, address client concerns and objections, follow up with leads, recommend appropriate next steps, and work toward individual and departmental sales targets.

You should therefore be comfortable with both healthcare communication and sales.
We are looking for nurses who can educate clients without being overly clinical and who can confidently guide a client toward making a decision when our services are appropriate for them.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should:
• Be a Registered Nurse.
• Have excellent written and spoken English.
• Be comfortable communicating with clients online.
• Have strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Be confident speaking on the phone.
• Be comfortable working toward sales and conversion targets.
• Be able to explain medical information in simple language.
• Be highly responsive during working hours.
• Be organized and capable of managing multiple client conversations.
• Be comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, web-based systems, and other digital tools.
• Be able to work independently while following established medical and company protocols.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Be willing to work within a shift-based environment.

Previous experience in telehealth, medical sales, customer service, patient support, wellness, weight management, or digital healthcare is an advantage.

WORKING SCHEDULE
The department operates in two shifts:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Nigeria Time)
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Nigeria Time)

Employees receive one day off each week, either Saturday or Sunday, according to the department’s rotation.
Shift assignments and rotations are managed by the Acting Head of Department.

***The role is FULLY-REMOTE.

COMPENSATION:
Monthly Salary is from $400 - $500
