JOB OVERVIEW

Sculpt Rx is a U.S.-based telehealth clinic specializing in GLP-1 weight management and wellness therapies. We provide concierge-level patient support with a strong focus on communication and personalized care.

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to assist with administrative and patient support tasks.

Role Overview

This is a non-prescribing, non-diagnostic support role. You will assist with patient communication, documentation, and care coordination under U.S. clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to patient messages (non-clinical support & routing to U.S. based RN as needed
Track side effect reports using structured templates
Documentation in patient charts
Assist with SOP adherence and checklist workflows
Escalate urgent issues immediately

Requirements

Active Philippine RN license
Strong written English communication skills
Experience in telehealth, weight management, or virtual support a plus
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive
Comfortable working with EMRs, Google Sheets, and Slack

Reliable internet
Ability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for at least 3–4 hours/day

Schedule

Part-time hours (10–20 hours per week to start), possibility of moving into a full time role as the company expands
Availability during U.S. PST business hours required (preferably between 11am - 3pm PST)

Compensation

$5.50/hour USD
Paid 2x a month
Performance-based increases possible after 90 days
