Regional Sales Specialist (Virtual – Lead Generation & Revenue Support)
We are building a high-performance sales support team and are looking for a driven, results-oriented Regional Sales Specialist to help generate and qualify new business opportunities.
This is not a passive administrative role. This is a sales production role focused on measurable pipeline growth.
Primary Objective
Generate qualified leads and book revenue-producing opportunities for our regional sales team through outbound outreach, follow-ups, CRM management, and proactive prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target businesses within assigned regions
Conduct outbound prospecting
Generate qualified appointments for sales representatives
Follow up on inbound leads quickly and consistently
Re-engage cold and dormant prospects
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
Track and report weekly activity metrics
Hit clearly defined KPIs tied to lead generation and appointment setting
What Success Looks Like
You will be measured on:
Outbound touches per day/week
Appointments booked
Qualified leads generated
Pipeline created
Revenue influenced
This is a performance-based role. We value activity, ownership, and results.
Ideal Background
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in:
Lead generation or appointment setting
Outbound B2B sales support
Cold
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
LinkedIn prospecting
Sales pipeline management
Bonus if you have experience in:
Security, construction, trades, or service industries
Working with U.S.-based sales teams
