JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Reddit Virtual Assistant to help grow traffic and visibility for an influencer brand using Reddit.

The role focuses on organic promotion through strategic posting, commenting, and engagement across relevant subreddits. The goal is to generate interest, profile visits, and external traffic while strictly following Reddit and subreddit rules.

This position requires someone who understands Reddit culture, knows how to grow accounts safely, and can communicate naturally without appearing promotional or spammy.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is results-driven and experienced with Reddit-based growth strategies.

- Key Responsibilities

Post and comment in relevant subreddits on a daily basis

Research and identify high-engagement and high-traffic subreddits

Write engaging posts and comments that spark discussion

Drive organic traffic to external links and social profiles

Grow Reddit accounts naturally (karma, account age, trust)

Follow all Reddit rules and subreddit guidelines

Avoid bans, spam flags, and automoderator issues

Test different posting styles and approaches to improve results

- Requirements

Proven experience using Reddit for traffic or brand growth

Strong understanding of Reddit rules, etiquette, and subreddit culture

Ability to write clear, natural, and engaging English

Experience managing or growing Reddit accounts

Detail-oriented and consistent with daily tasks

Able to work independently and meet expectations

- Nice to Have

Experience promoting influencers or personal brands

Familiarity with social media traffic strategies

Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts

Understanding of engagement and conversion principles
