JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Reddit community account, planning and executing content release plans that align with the platform's tone.

Deeply involved in target Subreddit community interactions, participating in discussions from a genuine user perspective, outputting valuable comments and content, and gradually building account credibility and trust.

Planning and publishing native-style content (posts/comments/experience sharing) to increase the organic exposure of brand-related topics.

Monitoring and analyzing account growth data (karma, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.), continuously optimizing content strategies.

Maintaining a positive community atmosphere, promptly responding to comments, and building strong community relationships.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with Reddit platform rules and community culture; prior experience in its use or operation is preferred.

Excellent English reading and writing skills; able to independently write English copy.

Content planning ability; able to consistently produce engaging and discussed content.

Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
